Global warming

Did you know that the Amazon provides 20% of the world’s oxygen? Now imagine the rain forest disappeared because human activities. People have a big impact on the planet we call Earth. One of the biggest impacts is global warming. The world’s atmosphere is begging to thicken severely. When the UV rays enter the earth’s protective layer they can not escape. They stay trapped and therefore that causes global warming.
Vehicles are a major impact on the global warming. They create pollution which contributes too atmosphere build up. Some of the effects of this are the polar ice caps melting and which leads to flooding and droughts in some areas and extreme weather. And the tempters are going through the roof.

Your introduction/hook put you off to a good start, Dakoda. You also explained basically how global warming works, and some basic causes and effects. Think about adding a bit of detail to your statements (eg/ which factories? USA? Asia?). I noticed that you didn't elaborate on your opinion (should we do something about it? how do we decide? my thoughts...), and I'd love to hear that part of the assignment criteria!
